Compensation: Up to $93,000
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, ethical, and data-driven ABA Services across St. Lucie and Martin Counties in home, school, and center-based settings. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (FBA's, skills assessments, treatment planning).
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide Supervision and training to RBTs.
- Deliver parent training and collaborate with caregivers and school teams.
- Monitor progress through data analysis and program modification.
- Ensure compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and commercial insurance requirements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
- Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation for travel within St. Lucie and Martin Counties.
